1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "grab98", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://grab98.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" refers to the grab98 website, mobile site, and any application through which gaming and betting services are made available.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User on the Platform to access gaming and betting services.
• "Funds" refers to any Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held within a Player's grab98 Account, whether derived from deposits, winnings, or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional or bonus credit issued to a Player that is subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by grab98 in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary mechanism by which a Player may request temporary or permanent restriction of access to their Account.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity listed in Section 7 of these Terms that grab98 considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the grab98 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform. grab98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawal requests cancelled, and any funds deposited by an underage player returned to the original payment source.

2.2 Residency

The grab98 Platform is designed and marketed for players based in Indonesia. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful within your jurisdiction. grab98 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legally permitted in any jurisdiction other than those for which the Platform is specifically operated.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each eligible person may hold only one Account on the grab98 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, related identities, or coordinated third-party identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts. Any outstanding balances in Accounts closed for multi-accounting violations will be subject to forfeiture.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account with grab98:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of grab98 or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded and whose exclusion period has not yet expired;
• Individuals acting as agents, proxies, or nominees for any of the above.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Process

To access grab98 gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

grab98 may require you to submit identity documents at any point, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, accompanied by recent proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by grab98 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. grab98 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify grab98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. grab98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

grab98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 (for major bank transfers and e-wallets).
• Maximum deposit per single transaction: Rp 100,000,000 (for major bank transfers).
• Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours; off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• grab98 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the grab98 Account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–24 hours after approval. VIP tier members enjoy accelerated processing.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. Additional verification may be required before funds are released.
• grab98 reserves the right to impose a cooling-off period of up to 72 hours on withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected, pending completion of internal investigation.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are expressed and settled exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). grab98 does not support multi-currency Accounts. Any conversion of foreign currency prior to depositing is the sole responsibility and cost of the Player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the grab98 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available exclusively to verified Players with Accounts in good standing. grab98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated explicitly in the relevant promotion terms. Contributing game types and their respective contribution percentages will also be specified per promotion. As a general rule:

• Sports betting markets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• Live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all toward certain bonus types.
• Bets placed on games with an RTP of 97% or above may be excluded from wagering contribution at grab98's discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

grab98 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through related Accounts, placing low-risk hedge bets to clear wagering requirements, withdrawing before meeting wagering thresholds, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, grab98 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close the Account without liability to the Player.

5.4 Validity Period

Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to a validity period as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused Bonus Funds or free spins that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically without notice or compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the grab98 Platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to that market, event, or game type. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised be fore the relevant event or game round concludes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• grab98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or after the relevant event has commenced where in-play betting was not the intended market type.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event or game round, the official result as published by the relevant governing body or game provider shall be final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on the grab98 Platform covers a wide range of markets including 1X2 (Match Result), Asian Handicap, Over/Under Goals, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), Correct Score, and in-play markets across BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions including the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF. The following specific conditions apply to sports betting:

• Bets on matches abandoned before completion will be settled according to the applicable league or competition rules, typically requiring a minimum number of minutes to have been played.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void selection within a parlay will typically reduce the accumulator rather than void the entire bet, subject to market-specific rules.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change. grab98 does not guarantee that odds displayed at the time of bet submission will be honored if a material change in match circumstances occurs before the bet is confirmed by the system.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on the grab98 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. grab98 is not responsible for software errors or malfunctions originating from the game provider's systems. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, in a manner that is inconsistent with normal recreational betting patterns.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage or unauthorized credit.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the grab98 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the proprietary property of grab98 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

In all cases where grab98 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their grab98 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms

grab98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, grab98 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if desired, submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Account balance before the changes take effect. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

All decisions made by grab98 regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, account status, and promotional eligibility — following the completion of our internal dispute resolution process — shall be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory dispute resolution rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
